FPS Energy has an exciting job opening for a Director of Geology. We are recruiting on behalf of a major reservoir simulation company. This company have an international presence and are looking to expand their operations in their London office

Job Description

In this role you will work closely with the company\'s clients. This will involve assessment and communication of the geological risk through each project, assist with in-field and near-field prospect generation, infill well proposals and the generation and management of prospect inventories.

The successful candidate must be experienced in development geology and reservoir modelling. The role will also require you to coach and mentor junior staff within the company.

Requirements

A Masters degree relevant to the industry

Experience in development and production geology, any experience in exploration will be an advantage

Experience in working with both an operator and consultancy

Knowledge of petrel or equivalent is essential
