First People Solutions has worked in the Construction and Design market for many years and our team has been at the forefront of establishing First People Solutions as a leading UK technical consultancy.

We deal with vacancies at every stage of the construction process from tender through to design, project management and onsite delivery, through to final commercial stages.  We are backed up by our team of trades and labour consultants who support a project from beginning to end with the provision of temporary and permanent tradesmen.

We pride ourselves on our relationships with the leading UK and International firms and on our knowledge of current and future major construction projects. This is aided by our activities in the industry such as membership of various Construction Associations and regular attendances at major construction design functions and industry forums.  

Our team has supplied personnel to some of the most significant PFI projects in the UK including the government’s current partnership with the private sector to new build and refurbish Britain's schools and hospitals.
